No flavor purchased thinking they may replace Optavia as that is expensive. Due to diet I can not add fruit to help mask taste. I try water and I tried almond milk, unfortunately I was not pleased.

These are filled with protein and very filling. They taste good too!!

My granddaughter needed something for her liquid diet so I tried this she liked it. It was something better than most of the drinks she had to have so I would give it a four because you’re not drinking like a great it’s for what it kind of drink it is you’re not going to reach a five that I know of. You know what I mean and taste your food is pretty darn good.

I thought I was getting a bargain but these are terrible! The problem is they do not dissolve well at all! I measured out the water and even tried to blend , to no avail. The shakes were clumpy no matter what I did.

I love love love these shakes. I have been drinking shakes from this manufacturer for literally over a decade. In the last 3 years i had gained back the weight i lost over a decade ago, so as of today, I'm 5.5 months into a diet to get back down. Since the end of January, I've gone from 243lbs to 188lbs, and these shakes have been literally half of my diet... so when used as part of a good overall plan, they work! For low carb shakes, these are the best.You can follow directions on packet, OR... I have been making mine with 6oz of silk (see picture) per envelope, 1 scoop of coco complete per envelope, and ice cubes. I usually make two envelopes at a time because I'm very hungry by the time i get around to eating.So if you have previously used other brands and wonder if this is just a different packaging of the same thing... yes and no. Same manufacturer listed on the side of the box, however, MOCHA CREAM has been my favorite flavor for years, and I've always thought it didn't taste very much like coffee. See how this box is labeled exactly the same as what i already had on hand? They're both "mocha cream". But this one smells and tastes like... coffee. So a lot more like what you would expect mocha to taste like, but a lot different than what you're used to, if you've been using mocha cream previously.It was almost too coffee-y for me, but i don't know if that's because it really was too strong, or if it's because it's not what my taste buds expected. The next time i made the shakes, i mixed one packet of this with one packet of my other mocha cream, and that was perfect... but this is definitely a great flavor for people who want more of that coffee flavor.Now i can't take any stars off for this in my mind... because they advertise only having 5 servings, but i want to point that out because most boxes of shakes like this are 7 servings for the same price as i see this one selling for. Prices can fluctuate over time, so please do some comparisons and make sure you're getting a good deal. If you really love coffee flavor, this may be worth it to you. However, if you're on a tight budget, please look around and compare the cost per serving, and consider this is only 5 envelopes when most boxes are 7!!!
