Nice espresso cups

The cups seem nice, but we have received the set of six twice, and, each time, one of the cups was chipped. Unlike most of the other shippers that we have dealt with for our wedding registry, this company requires that we return the entire set of cups in order to ship a replacement set. Unfortunately, after returning the set once, the replacement set also had one damaged cup. Had we been allowed to keep the first incomplete set, we would now have a full set of cups, but instead we have to ship the second set back again and hope that there are no damaged cups in the third set that we receive. Seems like a bad business plan, as well as a terrible plan for customer satisfaction...

These cups are just like the ones used at our neighborhood Italian cafe. They are very well made, with a smooth finish, and have a nice sturdy feel to them. They arrived safely and well-packaged. Would order again. Thank you!
