Trace Minerals ResearchSPO Liquid Ionic Boron, 2 OZ

It seems that a combination of these boron+trace mineral drops together with an extra dose of MSM that I take with vitamin C from fresh lemon have eliminated every last bit of joint pain from mild arthritis. I move like an athletic teenager without any limitations to hip and shoulder mobility. I love that the boron drops are in a base of trace minerals. I now add a dropper full each morning - together with Anderson’s trace mineral drops which I’ve been using for years - to each thermos of hot water for my morning yerba mate. Two squirts total is my boron for the day. I have to put it in a strong tasting-beverage (yerba mate with grated ginger and roasted dandelion root) because, unlike Anderson’s, which makes water and beverages taste better, this has a harsh taste. It’s not difficult to mask it, though and definitely worth it.

I didn't realize how much this helped me with my Fibromyalgia pain until I ran out and a couple days later hurt much worse. The taste is like licking the bottom of a shoe, it's nasty! I put it in my last sip of coffee in the morning and you eventually get used to choking it down. I will be taking this forever.

I have used Boron for one month and have had no arthritis pain in my knees. I’ve tried countless rubs and nsaids, aspirin, Tylenol etc with only temporary relief. I’ll be ordering 2 more bottles soon.
