I have a large container garden. I used to make my own potting mix using a combination of compost, coco peat among other ingredients to make the perfect potting mix. Lately, I have been consuming large quantities of potting mix and do not have time to make my own. I was looking for a reasonably priced alternative to some of the expensive popular brands when I chanced on this one.I bought it without hesitation and I was not disappointed. It has the right mixture of the ingredients that I use in my own potting mix -- after all the manufacturer has a hugely popular YouTube channel by the same name GardeningIsMyPassion that I have been following for a long time. It can take a couple of weeks for delivery, so plan your planting and order this well in advance of your planting date.I have planted chillies and the young plants appear to like the soil. The potting mix drains well while holding water and air for the roots to grow nicely. I will be ordering more of this and will try it for growing heirloom tomatoes.

The soil is rich black in color. Very smooth, no stones or pebbles. Almost like vermicompost. However, as soon as opened one packet, my olfactory receptors almost died of the stench. It smelled funny, like human faeces. And soon my entire house was filled with stench. With mask and gloves on, I somehow worked with the soil. Also, the soil had lot of moisture. So am sure the dry weight will be somewhat lesser than described. Other than the overload of moisture and deadly stench, the soil is good.A small suggestion to the seller / amazon : kindly Have some mercy on our delivery boys. Them carrying 25 kgs of soil in a sack / bora with no handles is pure cruelty considering many apartments don't have elevators. So, why not divide the consignment into more manageable parts. I always feel ashamed when the delivery boy comes with heavy orders like this.

Awesome soil. Touch and feel it’s alive.Fact as we are getting this from other state we are paying for more pollution and unnecessary efforts.

The soil seems good without any unpleasant smell or bugs. The texture seems fine. It arrived a little moist not dry. I have used the entire quantity to repot a big areca palm. Will update the result after a month.

This is not at all mixture of vermicompost and the item mentioned here, it's simply a mud, it was full of torned s mall piece of plastics, I am shocked to see it today while preparing a mix for my tulip. Pl never ever buy a 10kg mud at 500. Stop cheating customer pl.

The soil is really good , it has helped my plants to survive harsh winters.
