Ok, so I am 5'5", 150-ish lbs and wear 6-8 in pants and medium (sometimes large) in shirts. I'm a little thicker in the middle because of babies and I wear 36D in bra size.I ordered the medium. When I first opened up the package, the shape wear looked daunting lol but with some finesse, I got it over my wide hips. It definitely pulls things in and shapes well but my only complaint is that it squishes my girls. I know on the size chart it says that I should have ordered the large but I'm seriously not a size 10-12. I was afraid that the large wouldn't have been as tight as I needed it to be. So I'm glad that I ordered the medium but I may have to do something about my boobs being squished... Hope this helps you ladies!

The shaper does a decent job but the bra part fits odd. Lots of spillage.. The low back was not as low as expected, it sits high like a high waisted panty. I am 5' 1" so maybe for a taller person they may not have that issue with the back

It went very well with my low cut dress. Made me looked more smoothed out

I used this under a plunge neck dress. It was great at sucking in my belly, and helping protect my thighs from rubbing together. Perfect fit on the bottom half. In my opinion it flattened my butt too much, but that's a matter of how you like your shapewear. i found it mostly comfortable on the bottom half, too. The top was way too small for my breasts. My chest measurement is a size smaller than my hip measurement in terms of dress size, so it's not that I have enormous breasts. They basically covered half of each breast. I did my best to cover up enough that I wouldn't have an embarrassing moment, but it wasn't comfortable and I was constantly worried it would slip and I'd flash someone. I was under a time crunch, so stuck with this option, and maybe a bigger size would have worked better (but again, time).

I’m giving it a 3 stars only because the bra part was the reason why I returned. Wish it had some push-up padding and stayed in place and under my dress you can see the shaping of the under wire of the bra . However, I loved how well it shaped me.

I was in between the XL and XXL. I went with the XL and the cups are slightly too small but it fit like I wanted it to every where else. I can fiddle with the straps to make the bust work. For reference I am a 44DD, 168Lbs with a 34" waist and 44" hips. It hides the bulges well and looks great under the dress I bought it for. I think the XXL would have fit my bust better but I don't think it would have smoothed the rest out like I wanted it too.

Runs very tight might want to consider going up a size so not to fight putting it on. All in all it does exactly what it's supposed to do ( snatched that waistline to the Gods!).

Pretty great shape wear for a deep V neckline, long dress. Only problem is - there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to poop in this thing without getting totally naked. 😬
