There's a reason it's cheap
I received the wrong ear muffs. Instead of what they and the pictures described, they sent me a huge, cheap wire pair that didn't stay on very well or keep out this Wisconsin cold. The reason there's three stars instead of one is because they refunded me 100% and I didn't even have to send it back- very impressive. I'm guessing most people receive the right ones, but beware- you might not.
