I was a bit skeptical when purchasing this but it has really exceeded expectations. I use it for video calls on my computer for work and it works great. There are several earpieces that come with it so you're bound to find one that fits your ear. The wrap around is flexible yet sturdy enough to hold it in place. Sound is crystal clear (and maybe a tad loud, but you can adjust on your app/device). The mic, according to my coworkers, picks up my voice well while removing background noise. I keep it on standby during the day and use it about 2 times/day on average, with the battery lasting about 2 weeks. What's also nice is you can charge in the case or directly on the headset. The charging cable could be a little bit longer but any USB-C cable works and I have plenty of those. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Skeptical at first because of the low price. But this product is surprisingly well made of quality material, has excellent sound, both the protective case and earpiece are chargeable & both stay charged a long time. It is comfortable, stays in your ear, and even wears comfortably with eyeglasses. I would buy this product again. (I previously owned a $100 earpiece that though lasted for years, the sound quality was substandard & it wouldn't stay in your ear - the charging case which was not all that protective, quit long ago. Comparing the two products, in my experience, shows this product superior in every way so far, especially for the price. You cannot go wrong here...

Pretty happy with this ear piece but a little disappointed just the same. The good: Love that you can charge it in the case or directly via usb C cable. Sound is very good for calls and mic noise cancellation is also very good for my purposes. Light and comfortable to wear. Works well with "Hey Google" for making calls or getting directions. The bad: Does not announce callers name, just the number of the caller. Although they never claimed that it did so, you kind of expect that with the standards of today's technology. Now even though I said it was comfortable, it is a little loose on the ear. I found that if I rotated the mic boom up about 5 clicks then the ear plug fits better in my ear canal making for better sound and a somewhat more secure fit. Fortunately there isn't any degradation in mic efficiency, it just may look a little silly. That said, if they made the ear port rotatable independently of the mic boom like other models I've had it would help. Also the ear loop is rubber and too flexible. Make it out of plastic and let the wearers tweak the shape a bit to their our own liking. This would help provide a more secure fit. Recommendations: For around the house, in the office, or driving it is well suited. However, I wouldn't wear it while jogging or anything where there might be any significant quick or jarring movements of your head. Summary: A pretty decent product for the most part but has room for improvement. It all depends upon your intended use.

Case is sleek and compact tells you % of charge left on case. Easy to pair. Love being able to switch left or right ear. Control buttons are conveniently placed and easy to use. Goid voice quality. Works with android AND I phones. Fits comfortably in my small ears. Love that if I forget casewhen I travel I can charge earpiece directly through the en of it. Have never seen an earpiece with this many convenient features. Family has tried mine and loved it. I seen it in Santa's bag as gifts for them in near future.

I have no idea why this has high reviews.This is supposed to be noise canceling, but by using a voice recorder and doing multiple tests (typing, clicking, driving, it picked up every single background noise loud and clear to the point of being extremely distracting.The sound quality is pretty terrible, sounding like the other side is talking through a distant tin can as is common with low quality headsets. The sound picked up by the microphone is pretty good as long as there are not ANY background sounds. If you need to speak loudly or make a loud noise like a laugh, the sound quality does get distorted.Also, this is NOT for small ears. There is a full quarter inch gap between the top of the ear wrap and the top of my ear. The earpiece inside of the ear actually fits well, which is great, but the loose ear wrap still makes it easy for it to wiggle loose.I love that the case displays its battery level, but the clamshell only opens to 90° which makes it a little awkward to get in and out of, it easily falls on its own, and makes it vulnerable to breakage.The materials and all of the buttons also look and feel very cheap, which would be fine if the performance was better, but instead just completes the terrible package.

The sound quality is good; battery life is good. My only issue is the overall the earpiece is too big and not adjustable. I have to keep adjusting to hear properly.

I've had a previous version of this, became so used to having the mute button and the way it sits in the ear when I tried to use a different one... it was just painful and awkward. so I'm back for a second!key points1. built-in mute is a MUST, that is my first priority buying headsets.2. usb-c charging, hard to beat having multiple charging options.3. comfort, the shape of the ear piece lets me wear this for 8 hours a day or more.side notes,the charging case is interesting, the magnetic connection to the pins is strong, i've had problems with wireless devices using pins not actually connecting, the strength should solve that. also when you put it in the case it doesn't turn the device off so when you pick it back up by the time you have it in your ear it is connecting to your phone again, that is new. with the usb c option though i've never had an issue trying to charge these things. prefer this style to neckbands, overear sets, or the bud styles. tried everything on the market and this is the best option for single ear use on the go. i even got the full 10 hour charge on the first test. 10 stars if i could.
