Brilliant Design - Not sure why this does not come up in the search in the first
Pros -1. Design is amazing. Confusing for few people at home. I died laughing watching them struggle :D2. Works very well with pressure. I am on 5th floor, on a 16 story tall building.3. Its lightweight at first, but once filled with water its exactly of the right weight. This was very important, since most of the people drop it due to the weight and it breaks.Cons -1. Design. Mostly it will take time to get used to. Also its designed for only right hand use. They should have both options, RH & LH Separately.2. Pipe as usual is cheap. I did expect that. might be a letdown for others. I am using another custom pipe.3. Price - Its competitive, but considering the quality of the pipe, I would say it should have been 100 rupees cheaper. In fact they should sell it without the pipe.Wel I am very happy with my Bidet as they called it :)

Good product but not suitable for hard water
The product is good but if the water is hard the salts block the shower pours and removing the shower head is a challenge. It has a coin slot to unscrew the shower head but if the coin slips 2 times then the plastic gets damaged and opening the shower head is not possible.

Attractive, Novel and Sturdy design
Very good value for your money. The water open-shut valve is a novel design. On the whole the health faucet set and the accompanying hose is of stury construction, promising years of service.
