Helps with dysautonomia but a little strong, we usually do half a pack at a time.

Taste was not good
I purchased the watermelon flavor. I wasn’t prepared for the way it changed the water. It felt like I was swallowing an oily, gritty drink. I ended up dumping it out, and gave the rest to my son-in-law for when he’s doing sports.

Watermelon meh
Tasted gross so would not recommend or be purchasing again. I did appreciate the single serve pouch as I was trying to hydrate during/after flying on a 4.5ish hr flight.
