product was not right for my needs

Good Support but not great Durability
They come apart after a few weeks of wear but during that time they are very supportive maybe will try another pair and put under the sole

Don't waste your money
The are good for a couple of days and then the covering comes off the insert. Had to throw them away and these became all sticky.
