RolodexWood Workspace Monitor Stand With Drawer, Black

I'm pretty impressed with this product.I started looking for a sleek, minimal-looking printer stand b/c I grew tired of the eyesore that came from various small items (phone, wallet, pens, etc.) occupying my desktop all the time. I'm pretty picky about the appearance of my work environment and wanted something that would match my mostly-black work station while also not taking up too much desk space.This fit the bill almost perfectly. My printer fits on top of it very well, and the stand itself isn't too deep, meaning with it's pushed to the back edge of my desk, I still have a good bit of room in front of it should I need it. It's also not that high, which I think is another plus.The drawer does a good job accommodating most of the items I wanted it to store: my wallet, phone, accessory wiring, pens, envelopes, etc. But I also find it's not tall enough to store other items, which makes me question the 1.5"-2" of dead space underneath the drawer. Why not provide a deeper drawer that makes use of that space? Instead, drawer space is limited in favor of allowing storage space beneath it. I don't understand that decision.My other (tiny, and subjective) gripe is the curved front. I'd prefer it had been omitted. That'd have lessened the stand's foot print, and the straighter lines would appear more cohesive on a desktop, near a computer, or perhaps other drawers were straight lines are predominant. But this is very subjective and didn't lead to docking a star.Also, my unit arrived with a few slight scuffs and 1 blemish. Nowhere near enough to be upset about, but that, coupled with not much packing material inside my box, and seeing the Amazon box being crushed in some areas, means these aren't shipped as well as they could be.But overall I love this thing. It looks great and functions excellently. Pics attached, including measurements, to help other potential buyers.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I ordered this monitor stand... but when it arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. It came already put together, and is extremely well made and sturdy. I have a large and heavy Mac monitor and the size of this stand fits it perfectly: the width is actually less than the width of my monitor which leaves more desk space than I would have thought. The drawer slides well and has ample space for storage inside. The best part though is that I can slide my keyboard (a wireless mac keyboard without the side numpad) underneath into the open area, thus leaving my desk space clear for writing, drawing, or otherwise. You could not pay me to return it.

I was browsing Amazon with the intent of buying something else and found this. My desk is a simple table top from IKEA with no drawers or anything (which I regret!) and my monitor was sitting level on it. I was getting migraines from the neck pain I had combined with the light so I bought anti-reflective glasses and this stand.First of all, I don't know whether they changed it but the dimensions are accurate. 15 inches wide, 13 inches deep (from front to back) and 5 inches high. So it will elevate your monitor 5 inches off your desk top and there's a little cubby hole underneath. I use the cubby to push my laptop into when I'm using the computer so everything fits neatly on my desk.The stand functions exactly like it's supposed to. It raises my monitor to eye level so I don't have to crane my neck downwards to look at it. It's a 21" LCD monitor and it fits with room to spare. Rolodex also has these ports you can buy separately and connect to your stand and other Rolodex products so you can plug your computer and peripherals into the stand and then the stand into the wall. I'm not sure how it works because I didn't buy it, but it's supposed to eliminate some of the bulky cords on your desk. The drawer is handy, too - I was storing random desk stuff in there and recently began storing printer paper so I would have easy access.It's a functional product and it exactly matches the black wood of my desk/table, so it's a winner.

I needed to raise my portable old school tv. The tv is so front heavy but the stand didn't indent at all. Looked very nice but much too office- like located in a somewhat tiki themed breakfast room. I covered it with a jute placemat using hot glue and am very pleased with it now. Would buy again.

I grabbed one of these out of the office supply closet - I'm assuming it was there because someone left the company. I use it for a laptop holder and have bought several for my staff. It gets the laptop off a hard surface and the wires vent the laptop to help with overheating.

I am always looking for good finds to upgrade my home office. The monitor stands work perfectly for one of my short monitors. I purchased two stands and am using the second one for my laptop. It took me all of 20 seconds to set up both stands. Smart buy.

I understand that the other reviewers here apparently got stands with problems, but mine came with all the parts needed and only took about 5 minutes to put it together. I bought this stand because I already had the original one put out by Rubbermaid and I wanted a matching set for my dual monitor set up. There are only a few minor differences between the original Rubbermaid stand and this Rolodex. The oridginal Rubbermaid used more of a "gloss" black paint where this one is a "flat" black and of course the stickers on the front stating brand names are different. Again those are only minor differences and for what I paid for this it is perfect for me.

It came dented and unlevel. So the monitor wobbles when I type with my keyboard on the desk below it. I think this is a manufacturing flaw, the metal mesh they used is very thin and sloppily assembled.Also, one of the metal legs wouldn't go onto its bolt without some force, so they're pretty sloppy about drilling the bolt holes too.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Wertig und stabil. Sieht gut aus. Was will man mehr? Würde diesen Artikel wieder kaufen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Klasse!

Das Produkt weist einige Mängel in der Verarbeitung auf (schief platzierte Herstellerplaketten, Schrauben mit schwergängigem Gewinde, Langlöcher zum Herstelltoleranzausgleich, unebene Oberfläche). Für den Preis ist dies jedoch angemessen, der Monitorständer ist stabil, erfüllt seinen Zweck und eignet sich auch hervorragend für eine Laptop-Dockingstation.

Exactly what I thought it would be. I've been using it now for 10 months and I love it.
