This is a solid budget headset that works great when plugged directly into the PS5 controller. The sound quality is clear with decent bass, and the comfort is impressive for the price thanks to the padded ear cushions. While it doesn’t quite match the performance or build of my HyperX Cloud II headset, those cost at least twice as much, so the difference is expected. The aluminum frame feels durable, and the detachable mic is a nice touch for when I’m not chatting. It’s officially licensed for PlayStation, which is a bonus, and everything works right out of the box with no setup. Overall, this is a great value for casual and competitive gaming sessions on a budget.

Great for price super comfortable they don't squish it to yours ears which is the big reason I don't like headsets barely touches your ears so if that's the issue for you too sound sounds amazing 3D surround sound and headphones only thing id say is it picks up noises around me pretty easily when testing mic level but thats ok. If you haven't ever done it, I suggest going into the PlayStation settings and setting up your 3D audio customizable profile for best sound

Needed a wired gaming headset for versatile use with PC, PS5, and XBox. This headset works very well for the price. Now compared to high end Sony headphones, music sounds flat and lacks bass. However, it works well for group chat and is loud enough to provide a good gaming experience. The headset looks great and seems to have sturdy construction. As long as this headset is on sale, and you have realistic expectations about sound quality, this is a great pick.
