New BalanceMens Dry Fresh Boxer Brief 2-Pack

I bought these because they were recommended to prevent chafing (chub rub) on my inner thighs and man parts. They work better than cotton boxer briefs that I have used, but after a full day of walking/hiking I was starting to get uncomfortable. I also tried out Fruit of the Loom "Breathable Lightweight Micro-Mesh" that were significantly cheaper, and in my opinion worked MUCH better to prevent chafing. Again, the New Balance worked better than most underpants I have tried, but if you are a chubby guy looking to relieve the burn I would recommend the above mentioned Fruit of the Loom tag free boxer briefs with Ultra Flex Technology. On May 13th I bought these for my nearly 18 yr old son who had been complaining that his other undies (Think they were a cotton blend Hanes from WalMart or something) kept riding up under his "junk". He is 6'3" and weighs approx 250 lb. He has been doing Heavy weight lifting for approximately 6 weeks now and his thighs have gotten bigger. I took "thick thighs" into consideration along with brief leg-length as possible obstacles to the ride-up issue. I did a quick Google to see if there were underwear reviews and which brands had the least ride-up. From what I could tell, it was these or Saxx. These were cheaper and had positive online reviews with a large variety of color options.His feedback after initially putting these on was, "They are hella soft!". After giving him a week to try them out at work where he washes cars (it's hot outside), I asked how he liked them. He said they rode up a little, but that they didn't bunch as badly and it wasn't uncomfortable. states that "there is some ride-up, but it's not uncomfortable like the others." (Honest, I asked for the sake of a review and whether these were something I ought to buy more of). He also noted in passing that it suddenly made sense that women pay more for things like Victoria Secret. "I guess when you pay more for underwear anyway, you get something that feels better to wear".

Incredibly comfortable. Ordered a pair of these to compare with the Adidas version and found these to be far superior, unless you are looking for the super-compression feature of the Adidas. These are similar to Equipo brand but even better. Waist band is nice and wide, causing no discomfort and doesn’t fold over like many thinner waistbands. A+ product. Will order more colors soon if the pricing stays between $16-20 for two. Price fluctuates, but well worth it when they are priced right. My new favorite underwear for sure.

This is the second set i have bought and i am displeased with the fitment as i thought maybe it was just me but no the chart is off. I have purchased spyder, adidas and rebook and the larges fit fine until i got these and wow they feel like mediums. These were mad in china and made for asian people with this size chart. No more new balance. back to adidas or reebok for me

Can't really leave a good review since I am returning the 4 pairs I bought since they are very small. I could tell from just looking at them that they run small so I am returning them. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped because I read the comments and a ton of them said that the boxer briefs run very small but it would not let me cancel my order so now I have to return them so just watch because these shorts run very small.

Good price for the 2-pack, and great quality. Likes: the smooth seams (don't irritate), the wide waist band (doesn't cut or bind), the fabric structure (stays in place but gives flexibility and doesn't roll up), the breatheability of fabric, the moisture control (dries quick and keeps me drier), the length (doesn't show below shorts, but long enough to feel firmly in place), the design (it has to look nice, right?).As far as size, I am technically in between M and L, but the L fits me great, so don't be afraid to go a little large.

I have several sets of these in different colors and love them for comfort and performance.But this is the first time I've ordered in a while and they arrived with some sort of tape over the holes in the product packaging (the holes normally allow a retail shopper to see the actual colors without opening the item). Unfortunately the adhesive from the tape transferred onto the briefs. I asked for a replacement sent and experienced the exact same problem.

These are ok, but part of the reason I picked these was because I thought they had "Flat seems" turns out there is a seem running right down the dead center of the fly, on the outer and inner flaps, so it does rub in the not so nicest way, but you can adjust yourself to make them more comfortable. Maybe after a few washes it will get better? enlarge the pic and look at the fly before you buy.

What other reviews say it's true, they feel tight, specially around the leg, but the fabric gets used to the body and after a day of wearing them they feel great. They don't move up and down, they feel very comfortable and hold everything nicely, and the material doesn't make me sweat. These are my go-to now every time I go to the gym or even on a rest day.

These are great, super comfortable/great fit & great price for such a good product. Yet another New Balance product I'm pleased with. Only issue is not all colours are available in all sizes but that's not too bad.

He uses them for road running and gym. I hear no complaints from him.
