There are wheels on the bottom and a handle on the top, which slides up if you want it to, so that you can easily pull your luggage behind you. The other option is to push the handle down and then pull out the two straps on the back and clip them to the bottom. This then turns your luggage into a backpack that you can carry on your back! There are plenty of zipped pockets and compartments in this backpack to easily store both small and large items.
