The pillow was as advertised. Firm but not too firm. Fabric was very luxurious and cooling. Made well.Unfortunately it just didn't fit my head/neck correctly. But I would recommend trying it.

I have nerve damage in my neck and in my head and I probably had a dozen pillows and I don’t use them. I can’t lay on the back of my head so I have to lay on the side. This one holds its strength doesn’t collapse under my weight. It may be too firm for some, but it was just right for me. When I lay My head down the pillow doesn’t sink to the mattress that’s the type of firmness. So my head is laying in like inside the pillow. There’s pillow under me and cushion around my head. It’s hard to explain.

Quality is good, but the pillow is way too firm and no way to adjust it. For anyone who questions whether it might be too firm for them or not, just know that it’s very overfilled and the filling has very little give in it.

Had slept on a Purple mattress and was blown away by the comfort. Was hoping the pillow would be the same. I bought it for a friend with medical issues that is often abed. He reported it wasn’t very comfortable at all. I got the middle of the road firmness for him. He said it was still a bit too firm. He said it’s good to use sitting up in bed- but not lying down.

Great, would definitely recommend, feels like a cloud!

I have been using a My Pillow pillow for several years. After seeing the Purple Cloud Pillow, I wanted to give it a try. There are several types of Purple Cloud Pillows, so I selected this model to try. The pillow seemed comfortable for the first several nights, then I started to get a pain in my neck. After about one week, I had to stop using it and went back to my other pillow. A few nights later, the pain in my neck went away; so, it seems that this Purple Cloud Pillow will not work for me. Disappointed that this did not work for me. A Pillow is a personal preference and some people may love the Purple Cloud Pillow; however, I cannot use it.

The Perfect Pillow!Great for side sleepers; keeps head propped up so your spine stays more straight. Pillow does not collapse but supports. Makes a LITTLE crinkle noise when you move and you can barely feel the gel cells beneath the liner. I haven’t slept so well in literally YEARS.

I tried this pillow at the store and loved it. Bought it here and after a few nights it was flat. Needs fluffing every night. Does not hold its form. Not worth the money.
