I ordered this to use as a gift box. It perfectly fit a 2 5/8" X 1 5/8" cross pendant beaded necklace, which I made. I couldn't ask for a better fit. It's a beautiful little box and very well made. One review said there was oil on the metal parts. Mine had none. If you are looking for a beautiful, small gift box to hold one necklace, and maybe a pair of earrings or chain-like bracelet, this is perfect!

Smaller inside than expected, so I was not able to use as intended. Still a cute little box I will save to gift earrings or something in. It's definitely very cheaply made on close inspection (plywood, rough finishing) but you get what you pay for.

I use these for enclosing gifts marking milestones in the lives of friends and loved ones. They're of good quality.

The top of the box flexes, is it not wood? Better prices on amazon, for the quality its overpriced.

needed this for a gift box. had a silver bar I was giving to a graduate and needed something to present it in. it fits the bar so perfectly. a cute tiny little box that makes giving jewelry more special than the store box it normally comes in. I am very pleased with it.

It is a very small box. The picture definitely makes it look bigger. I didn't read the dimensions so I was expecting something bigger, but that's my fault. It is very nice however and well made.

Cute box made of light wood, with some flaws that are not too visible. Looks like a used item, though this is not clear from the description. The patterns vary, so you probably won't receive what's shown in the picture. Good for holding small items on a desk or bedside table, such as a pillbox or hairpins.
