Praetorian HydroSack – Synthetic Flood Sack (pack of 2)

We purchased several of these bags reluctantly several weeks ago in hopes of stopping or mitigating the leaking water that always accompanies the snows. We placed two of the HydroSack bags inside, against the door and threshold where we had received constant water due to snows. The Flood bags weighs about 1 pound but absorbed about 40-50 pounds of water that had slowly seeped in over a matter of days. When dry the bags look more like a small mat or rug, but when exposed to water they swell to form a large pillow. Warning, we tried to use them outside but unfortunately once that got wet they froze, but inside, they were our savior; I only wish we had purchased a box of 24 instead of only four.
