Well designed purifier suitable for municipal supplies
The product installation was quick, and the product is appropriate for me as I get municipal water whose TDS is <50. I am satisfied with the product. The technician asked us to install a pressure regulator as water pressure in the building is apparently high and causes the pumps to fails frequently. Do not know if this claim is true, but installed it anyways to be safe. It's a clean addition to the kitchen.

Worst water purifier ever!
Within 8-9months after purchase, the product stopped working. On top of it, customer service is pathetic and have not fixed the issue from last 2 weeks. I am buying water bottles every day. Horrible product and horrible service.

This is a good product for people living in metro cities. The installation was quick and hassle free. Filtration is efficient and the capacity of storage water is sufficient for a day. The tank gets filled automatically if you have continuous water supply facility. Overall a good efficient product.
