Item stopped working after the third use but was replaced fairly quickly.

Es un producto 100% RECOMENDABLE, sólo que hay tener cuidado, cuando hay que volver a ponerle agua, abrir lentamente la tapa, porque algunas veces tiene aún vapor que puede generar quemaduras. Si lo adquieren, no se van a arrepentir. Pues en la juntas de los pisos, realmente el resultado es asombroso, previo poner líquido especial para eso.

Very helpful for my intended purpose: removing paint from my laminate floors! I tried a spinning brush but it was no match for this!! Very pleased with the purchase. The hot steam removed most of the paint on its own without me having to scrub. A little back and forth action was required though. I went over the spot many times. Also used it to clean dirt from the sliding glass door track, but I wasn’t impressed there. Will try it on other, hard to reach areas.

I've been using this steam cleaner for about 5 days, and so far it's been working well. It heats up fairly quickly and comes with several attachments that make it easy to clean different areas around the house. I've mainly used it on my bathroom and kitchen, and it has helped loosen dirt and grime without needing a lot of scrubbing. It's lightweight and easy to handle, and the instructions were simple enough to follow. I'm still trying out all of the attachments, but my first impression has been positive. So far, I'm happy with the purchase and looking forward to using it more.

I got the item looked new but didn't heat , even I switched it on for 30 mins. Returned the item and asked for replacement but it was lost on its way. So canceled the order and got full refund.
