Delicious! I've tried them all in my coffee....stevia and monk fruit, bitter aftertaste, xylitol was pretty good, but the coconut nectar is wonderful. It reminds me of the buckwheat honey I used to get as a kid. Strong honey-like flavor, not bitter at all. Just yummy good. My bottle has some clumpy crystals . I just heated slightly and they dissolved. This is now my go to sweetener.

get rid of soy in your life. This stuff is a delight. I'm always having folks say...."what did you do to that?" Soy is one of the many "food" items adding immensely to the general degradation of American health. This is a great alternative. Recommended.

I’ve really enjoyed this product but over the past year having great difficulty getting a bottle that hasn’t crystallized. I can’t tell if it’s due to poor storage or exposure to heat or if there’s an issue with the manufacturer. It’s been a hit or miss situation and really hope that it gets corrected. Amazon always remedy the situation but totally don’t understand what’s going on with the manufacturer.An update! I really like this product and decided to reach out and contact them directly, They stated that they did have a bad batch of the product which they’ve corrected their process but that there were still bottles out there with the crstyallized problems. Very responsive to concerns and hopefully my next order will not have this issue. I was impressed that a phone number was on the bottle and surprised when I call that I got a live human on the first attempt

I found out about this sweetener after reading 'Balance for Hormones' and it has been a great replacement for Maple syrup I use it for Baking, pancakes, and have used it in sauces to add sweetness to it.
