Disappointed and annoyed
Item arrived from USA, which I did not realise when I ordered. Item was packaged well and sealed 3 times. Item was a memory for my brother from NY dad who died this year. When opened the glass was broken did not fit in and the compass hands were not attached and rattling around. Really disappointed, to return it will defeat the intention and memory it was bought for. Relegated as rubbish now.
