Everyone remembers to sanitize their hands now that I have installed this Purell Advanced Hand Sanitizer Foam CS6 Starter Kit.This starter kit includes the dispenser, one bottle of sanitizing solution and 4, C cell, batteries needed to power the dispenser. Sadly, there are no instructions included for assembly but it's fairly easy to figure out if you take your time. Once it is assembled and the batteries and hand sanitizer is installed, just remove the protective paper from the adhesive on the back of the dispenser and press into place. (Be sure the surface where you mount this is very clean and dry.)The dispenser itself is pretty commercial looking because it is designed mostly for commercial use. However, I don't find it terribly obtrusive looking and it is way more convenient that the bottles of hand sanitizer I kept near the door. You just place your hand under the dispenser and immediately, a shot of sanitizing foam is dispensed into your palm.The foam is silky and spreads easily all over your hands. But the best part is that it dries very quickly and leaves NO residue of any kind. No stickiness. And no fragrance, either. Just clean, sanitized hands.I mounted mine next to my front door, where I also keep our masks and a bin for our used masks. Since my family is used to coming in and going straight to the sink to wash their hands, they really love this. Quick and easy. Even after the pandemic is over, I love the idea that people will sanitize their hands when coming in the door because there are many other germs out there besides COVID that can make us sick.

I saw this and ordered it for our garage which is where we enter our home. Hands free operation is real handy and it is SUPER easy to install. It has a huge doulbe-stick tape that is impressively strong. I just mounted it directly to the sheetrock/drywall near our garage openers.Assembling the unit was simple, but I was surprised there was no instructions. It's pretty easy to figure out. The batteries are included and are easily replaced. It's worth noting there is a flashing green light present, so be mindful if you put this somewhere in which that could be a distraction.My only concern with this is that the refills are VERY expensive. I didn't know that when I ordered it. The kit does include one full sized 1.2L sanitizer kit which is good for something like 1,000 uses. That said, the refills are like $35-$40 a piece. Ironically, you can buy a replacement CS6 Starter Kit (this product) for effectively the same price as a single refill. You can actually buy the non-battery manual kit which includes a refill for like $25 making it the cheapest option (but wasteful since you're throwing out the plastic kit). I hope by time I need a refill the prices will be more inline with large jugs of sanitizer.That said, it's a very nice piece and super easy to install!

Machine does not turn on when batteries are inserted so it does not work at all. No instructions, no key to open front, sanitizing foam is expired 4 months ago when product was received.

I work at a large rescue mission. At any given time there are about 140 residents plus any number of transients. I mention so you get an idea of the heavy use and rough treatment this gets.It has a drip catcher 'bowl' underneath. The push plate works smoothly. It holds a decent quantity but in our case we have to refill it pretty much daily. The entire body can be recycled should you ever decide to get rid of it, and the refills that match this dispenser can also be recycled.If you care, it also looks respectable. This is an easy to install and use soap dispenser. The entire thing is made of average plastic so it isn't the most attractive thing but it gets the job done.-Installation is super easy. The entire back opens up so you can easily screw it right into the wall. Ideally you have a stud back there but if not, you can use anchors. It also comes pre-installed with a big double-side foam tape on back if you don't want to use screws.-Inserting the soap bottle is intuitive and easy - no manual necessary. 4 C batteries are required.-The motion sensing works reliably and it dispenses a perfect amount of foamy soap for hand washing.-Compared to the manual version which I also own, the automatic version is a tad easier to use, has a sleeker design, and is cleaner because no one has to touch it. I'd go with the auto version as long as you don't mind changing batteries every once in a while.
