I would look elsewhere and will not buy again.
Awful powdery mealy inside I can not get around whether adjusting soak time, roasting temp/time, etc. You can get the outside to crisp up on some of them in the oven but the inside is still like a spoon full of corn meal in texture and flavor.

I should have believed the other reviews. Corn nuts recipe is simple: sea salt and quality oil and roast...I threw them out.
