This stays on very good. It has help me recover from a shoulder strain.

I have the worst lumbar pain sometimes. My back just stiffens up and it hurts to.move in the slightest bit. These straps provide so.much relief for me. I can put it on and wear it while I am working and it has such great results. I would highly recommend this product for aches and pains in muscles. Also works very well for period cramps.

You must make sure your skin is relatively dry so that the patch does no fall off, gets wrinkled and or knotted very easily. I do like how the nylon strip feels on the skin. Must make a slit in the middle and apply it like a band aid.

In general, those product works great. My daughter uses it after her runs. However, the product we received did not seem to work as well as the others we jave purchased in the past. I hope it was just the package I received. I would buy it again though since the product works very well.
