It Works!
I waited until a Christmas sale to get this and am glad I bought it. It does work. It takes time but it works. Would highly recommend!

Broke immediately and never received replacement from manufacture
I purchased this product late December eager to use it I read the instructions got started and it worked for about a quarter of my calf when I get an error light. I tried to reset it and it would work once and fail again. I called customer service where I had to leave a voicemail because no one answered. 2 days later I got a call back they offered to ship me a new one once I returned the broken device. I shipped it out early January and have never heard back from the company. No replacement nothing. Super disappointed and a serious waste of my money. 0 out of 10

Not bad - it works (kinda)
So I bought this product knowing that I couldn’t use this on any of my tattooed areas. That eliminates a lot of skin that I cannot use this product on.I used this only on my underarms and bikini area.I followed the instructions and was worried at first when I did not think it was working. Now that I have used the Jewl for over 3 months it worked very well.I probably won’t have to treat the areas for the next 6 months and every time I do a treatment, the time in between treatments is longer.So just stick with it - it’s worth it just for those small areas, for me anyway.I didn’t have unrealistic expectations of the product though I think use for the legs would be a stretch of it’s capabilities.Hope this helps =)

Don't ever buy this device!
This device caused me more harm than good. It is extremly difficult to achieve results. I followed the instructions of use but it only temporarily slowed the growth of hair in the treated areas. It would literally take me two hours every week to try and keep up with treating my whole legs. While in use the unit flashes light. While it was impossible to get permanent results in hair removal, the flashes permanently worsened my vision. Do NOT EVER BUY THIS!
