Worked perfectly! They do need a black light, but they absolutely glow in the dark. My son really enjoyed his glow party

Balloons do not glow!!
I was very disappointed with these balloons. I had all the decorations as a glow in the dark theme, and it was embarrassing the kids kept on asking why the balloons didn’t glow when I had showed them the pictures from the description on this.

I used these balloons for a balloon arch and they did not glow in the dark! Messed up my kids theme!
