This is one of the best flashlight I have ever owned and I collect many flashlights. This model comes with 3 modes spot, flood and red led, it also has a very powerful neodymium magnet at the tale cap. The best features is the head can swivel 90 degrees. The price is fairly decent around $20 depending on the website. I got both from Amazon, but different sellers.Pro:3 modes,Spot beam used a single LED and is concentrated and very bright (dimmable).Flood beam used multiple LEDs in a halo configuration, the beam diffused evenly with not hot spot. Excellent for working in close quarter (dimmable).Red beam used multiple LEDs in a halo configuration (not dimmable). The head swivel 90 degrees, but it can be adjusted to any angles in between. This is very useful for working in area where the flashlight can't shine directly at the work site.It uses 4 AAA batteries and not those specialty type.It has a very strong magnet at the tail cap, it can stick horizontally on a metal surface without sliding off.The price is decent around $20, depending on the website.Cons:This light has no memory features, it will turn on to high spot beam every times the light turns on. The modes are spot, flood and red in that order. The red beam is not dimmable.A little bulky, head 1 5/8" or 4 cm, body 1 2/8" or 3.2 cm, tail cap 1 3/8" or 3.5 cm. I used a ruler to measure and not a conversion table.

Great glovebox light.
I was originally going to buy a "Big Larry" but couldn't really figure out how a worklight without a swivel head would really work, so I bought this Cryket instead. This is a fantastic light to keep in your glovebox for any roadside emergencies; between the magnetic base and the swivel head you can point it pretty much anywhere you want ... even if end up using the clip and not the magnetic base. Completely replaced a brake caliper in the dark with this light and honestly I've had to do car work in the dark with 'normal' flashlights and this one made it much easier.I'm a fan of the form factor as well; you can carry it with a few fingers wrapped around it while holding a pistol so you can maintain a two hand grip, although it's definitely not as good as a pistol mounted light. It throws a lot of light for it's size, and has a couple features you may not be aware of:- You can dim it by holding the button.- When you press the button it tends to cycle through bright spot/flood/red, but if you leave it on one setting for a few seconds then pushing the button will turn it off without cycling.- You can access RED directly by pressing and holding the button for a few seconds. All in all a really useful light. I still have my 2xAA Mini Mag in my glovebox, but not really sure why anymore ... this beats is handily.

The extra features set this light apart
There are plenty of small LED flashlights out there, but if you take a minute to read the instructions and you'll find what sets this one apart. It has both spot and flood light modes, as well as a red light mode for preserving your night vision. Dimmable lights! Memory of what mode you used last and the ability to shut off from any mode so you don't have to go through the different modes to find the one you want. The head pivots into multiple angles and the strong magnetic base and "belt clip" make it a great work light in small spaces. Bought myself one and now all my friends are getting them for Xmas!

Fantastic But Bigger Than Expected
I can honestly say I didn't read the specifications, so the size difference between what I expected and what I received was all on me. I thought I'd be getting a smaller light, a little larger than a D-cell battery. The Cryket is actually bigger than the Nebo Redline I bought it to replace. Other than that, fantastic! The rotating head firmly clicks through eight positions from inline to perpendicular to the body. Steel pocket clip feels well made, though this light is a little too big to securely hang outside of your pocket. I keep mine in a rifle magazine pouch which fits the Cryket well. Light modes are easy to cycle through and I like having the additional dispersed and red modes to compliment the regular spot. I'd honestly have given this light five stars if it had just been smaller. Nebo is by far the best value in lower-cost flashlights.
