AMAZON IS an authorized seller of Kliish! People need to to understand the difference between buying off amazon and buying from Amazon as the actual seller. Even if these cost 10 dollars as long as Amazon is the seller and not a third party then these are covered under warranty! So just make sure the day you buy them that AMAZON is the seller and you dont mess up and buy when the seller is actually someone else and Amazon is just shipping them out.

Does it include mounting hardware?

If the drywall is up=everything you need is included. If its new construction you can purchase optional install kits to pre-install in the studs.

Anyone compared these side-by-side to the Klipsch slightly smaller (& cheaper) 5850's??

5650 can not handle the same amount of power and can not play the bass frequencies that the 5800 does
