I love this book always at my bedside table
Wow this book is the real deal. Using these techniques on a regular basis will change the quality of your skin for the better. She is wonderful, caring and knowledgable, so genuinely sweet. I have shared it with friends too, and I am totally hooked on face yoga now. Thanks Danielle Collins, you rock!

Amazing and fascinating
I follow Daniella on you tube but this book and her book of all her journeys from were she started and were she as been is an amazing read she has put so much into this book and also she shares on you tube the exercises and clearly explained with tips and explains what it targets I love this book and other one I've read most of it in-between face yoga and work recommend to anyone who would like to follow her routines on you tube or read her books

Well designed
I wasn't sure how to rate this book, because it is very well designed with daily face yoga routines. But after buying my first book from Danielle, which was the ''Face Yoga firming facial exercises'', I really didn't need the journal one. I also have her 20, 15, 8 & 6 minutes a day facial yoga exercise videos, which I do daily. Can't say if it's done any changes to my skin yet, as it's only been one month. But man do I sleep better. Glad I found you Danielle!
