Really, really tasty! I bought this because I was craving an Impossible Pie and gluten free Bisquick was not going to cut it. This worked, and because I bought two bags I made chicken and biscuits with the other bag the same week. I was thrilled with the texture and flavor. Super easy to make and adapt to different recipes. Husband said he couldn't tell (he's lying, you can tell but it was more than good enough to scratch the itch)!

Pretty solid gluten free biscuit
We made these biscuits for dinner and overall the taste was very similar to a regular biscuit. The consistency was a little on the dry side by the recipe. Overall would buy it again.
