Great value for the money
There are lots of things to like about this headset:The sound quality is as good as any other Bluetooth headset I've had, and I've gone through Plantronics and Alif Jawbones and a bunch of others (I have about 15 headsets in my order history. I'm probably the only person who loses them). The noise cancellation is excellent. I was talking with a friend while I was walking around town, and there was a lot of traffic noise, including buses going by. My friend and I are both experimenting with new headsets, so we have a sample of about half a dozen. The only noise my friend heard was one really obnoxiously loud hot rod that went by. The cars and buses got canceled out completely. The thing is durable. I keep it stuffed in my front jeans pocket for the last two months, and it's holding up just fine. The rubber earpiece stays attached and the switch stays where I left it. No need to baby this thing at all.I honestly don't know how long the battery lasts for. I've used it for over a week at a time, and I've never had any sort of low battery warning or problem with it. That's a big difference from the Plantronics headsets that tell me they're good for 11 hours and only last about 7.I really can't imagine using the attachable second ear piece when I have a pair of AirPods in my pocket, but it does work, and you can get decent stereo sound out of it. I would bet it's a lot more delicate then the main headset, but what-the-hey? It's a feature that's years behind it's time.

I like the sound quality
I like the Bluetooth over all the sound quality is great its a little longer than i would have liked but im ok with it and you have to charge more frequently than i thought however you still get a good 12 plus hours of talk time or listening time.

The one!
As other reviewers mentioned: this is it. This is the one headset that your friends can finally hear you!I've purchases so so many headsets, and it's always the same story => no one can hear me clearly, until I give up and use the phone directly. Not the case with this device. All of those small in-ear devices are fun, they are good for music and all, but none come close when you actually want to use them for phone calls. Some might work in a quiet room, but in the car => they all fail. For me it's "almost enough" that it just works for phone calls and specifically while driving. But with this set, there are other things:1. USB-C2. Connects super quick + acknowledge sound that it connected3. Call quality is amazing (people can actually hear you... how many other headsets can honestly say this?)4. Fast charging5. Lasts long! (battery life)6. I love the on/off switch! I love that it's mechanical.7. Small enough to fit in your pocket, but not too small that you lose it :) (like with those small in-ear headsets)The only cons is => how it fits in the ear.To solve this, what I do is I purchase a replaceable ear piece and glue it! yes! glue it. Then it's comfortable.I wish they would just come like that (with a more comfortable earbud), but if that's the price I have to pay for all the other pluses => I take it.Note: also their other headset: S80 is very good, but I had to return one that didn't work.I now only rely on these. One at home, one in the car, one in my pocket! :) I know, a lot, but if you're like me => just having one => you find that you need it suddenly in the car, and at home on the computer etc :)

Low volume.
It's totally fine for the price. The buttons and switches are nice and has a good battery life. It is very light but does not feel sturdy in any way. The volume is way too low. So low it is at times unusable even sitting in my living room.

One of the best headsets ever owned!
I have been using mono bluetooth headsets for about 15 years. My favorite ones used to be the Platronics mainly for their control layouts but they stopped making the as they are focusing only on office products. After trying and returning a few headsets recently, I cam across this brand that I never had heard before. The button layout is superior, it has a dedicated sliding on/off power button (a must for me), a physical answering button with great feedback, a good spacious volume rocker and a very hard to find, mute button.Battery life is endless, sound is super loud a clear and people hear me well too.It is a little bit on the large size but not too heavy so is comfortable. I guess the length contributes to the mic being closer to the mouth.I am so satisfied that I am thinking at some point to buy a couple of extra to make sure I have a decent headset to use for the next decade as no-one is making a decent on with all these features any more.

Bogus reviews
The reviews are misleading. Don’t do it. The sound quality is just ok. The real problem keeping it in your ear. You can’t. The medley of cheap quality pieces they give you to combine in such a fashion that you might get it to stay hooked for 5 minutes was a really cheap idea that fails. They are inexpensive, but any price is too high when it will not stay put. It’s like spending money to buy frustration. Who does that? Even worse… who sells things like that?

Overall I'm really happy with it
I love it. I really like the fact that it's long and when I grab it I don't hang up on the person I'm talking to. I also like that the part that goes over your ear is optional as I am very sensitive. The sound is also good. One thing I wish it did was to notify me verbally when it's connected. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Does not work well with windows
I have one Windows 10 laptop (paired but no audio or mic), one Windows 11 desktop (paired w/audio and mic, but mute button was always stuck on once turned on), and one Windows 11 laptop (same as the desktop). On the one hand, for a brief moment it does work, then it get stuck on mute then can never be unmuted. I tried the button at first, then powered the headset on/off, then unpaired then repaired, uninstalled drivers and back installed again, the reboot the Windows machine, but nothing would unmute the headset.
