This seat has some little steps that I would of liked a little bigger for her feet. She would get a little tripped up on them getting on and off and we ended up removing them which was a lovely adjustability to the seat. We were training before 2 years so stability was an issue. As for the seat itself it was very easy for her to get on and off. The seat lifts off easily which worried me at first but has not proven to be an issue and makes for fast simple cleaning. She loves the flushing and cheering buttons. We have been using this for months now and they still work after untold numbers of flushes to her delight. We are very happy with this potty seat. looking like the grown ups seems to have been a bonus for her using without issues...... there was some little strange thing to snapping it together but just looking at it closer and a little push and it went together nicely.

We bought this potty to start potty training my son and it’s the perfect size for him! He loves the sound effects and enjoys pushing the button after he goes!

Good bout the noise button is weird. It sounds like a loud stadium of people clapping and applauding. We left it out. Which is a distraction from potting as our little on attempts to play with the opening where the button would go.*Buy liners. And a seat for your big toilet too. I don’t know how many times we have used the big toilet and I always wished for a little seat.Safety: If you don’t make sure the seat is all the way in place each time. It can pinch their legs when they sit. So make sure it’s all together just right. Before you sit them down. This is not a potty for the easily irritated. It takes patients to put it together right.The receptacle and the seat have very specific spaces they fit into and if it’s not just right it doesn’t fit together right.Assembly: The back piece that has the button doesn’t stay on. It fits in weird and doesn’t stay if touched a bit. The seat slides into two little slats you have to slide it in just right from the back. Same finicky placement deal with the pail/receptacle.It takes a bit of adjusting but we’re happy with it. It’s not perfect but we are having great success with our little one using the toilet by choice. He’s 13 months and likes to use it. I’d get it again. Just because it looks like a regular toilet.

Too many pieces for toddlers. The idea of it all is cute. Having a step, the cute applause, and flushing noises are a plus. However my toddlers took every piece apart: the lid, the pot, the steps, even the thing that makes the noise on the back of the potty.Putting it together was fairly easy, but please read the instructions. No freestyling here.
