Do the ultra soft sensitive brush last for a shorter period of time than the standard brush heads?

Well, I have to say that yes, I find that the ultra soft sensitive brush head does last a shorter amount of time. A partial reason for me is that I tend to brush hard; harder than necessary or perhaps desired for optimum cleaning. I am experimenting, but won't know for sure till I use up the next brush head.

does this one fit HX6730 model?

The packaging on the Philips Sonicare Standard Ultra Soft Sensitive brush head says it is the "snap-on system for: DiamondClean, FlexCare+, FlexCare, HealthyWhite, and EasyClean" brushes.

will this work on the hx6530

Yes. I have an HX6530, and it works fine on mine. The attachment is not perfectly flush with the toothbrush, but leans forward slightly leaving a slight gap in the back between head and brush body. This does not affect functionality, however. I have no complaints and will be buying this again next time I need new heads.

These Phillips Sonicare Genuine Sensitive Replacement Heads are the only replacements I purchase. Consistent quality and they are gentle on my teeth and gums. They are very effective and my teeth are aleays sparkly clean and feeling fresh! Yes, you can purchase less expensive heads, but, in my opinion, they are not nearly as good and are a waste of your money.
