Clairol: Medium Golden Blonde Natural Instincts Loving Care

Clairol has stopped making this FANTASTIC product that colors your hair without any ammonia and peroxide. It cannot be found in stores any longer. It is a SUPERIOR product that I have used for over twenty years and it used to highlight my grey a golden color. The general public is very disappointed and the Customer service representatives at Clairol are NO help. When asked what I could use for a safe alternative on my VERY LONG hair, they suggested semi Natural Instincts Golden Blonde.I checked that out in the store and then called and asked them if the peroxide in that product would harm or change my haircolor and was assured that it wouldn't, since there was no ammonia and the "process" was different. Well that product, which was also golden blonde, BLEACHED ALL MY HAIR and I ended up with strawberry blonde hair which was horrible. My natural color is medium brown and the Loving Care Medium blonde highlighted the grey and left my natural color. My hair is now ruined!!! Do not listen to the rep's when you call Clairol for information on color. Some bimbo will give the bad advice that is irreversible. My ruined hair color is a huge problem since I am now getting "roots" showing. My hair is half way down my back and I will probably have to pay alot of money to have someone fix it at a color specialist salon. I have puchased this product from Amazon in the hope of using it again on my new growth. I hope you continue to carry it or I shall have to shave my head!

This is the only hair coloring product I can use without allergic reactions, but it is very difficult to find at a decent price. Obviously, it is no longer available in stores and yet it is found online. What's up with that???

if you have grey hair --dont use===my hair turned out yellow like mustard---six shampoos in 2 days and no sign of it washing out--my head is sore but i will wash 3 times a day until its out --if it ever cimes out

As soon as I opened the box I was very angry to find out that the only thing in it was the hairdye. No gloves no instructions or conditioner stuff. Just the hairdye.

I have no idea cause LIGHT ASH BLONDE was what arrived in a somewhat thrashed condition. Might try it out anyway.
