Delivery and completed product was very fast. I have been using my teeth molds for a week and I like them. The only thing is my bottom mold didn’t come out to match my teeth it fits more generic. I still use it.

I was skeptical of the trays at first because they're relatively soft plastic but they seem to be holding up well. Good fit, and the way they're designed, they hold the gel well without mixing with too much saliva. Would recommend.

This was a good deal for a semi-diy whitening solution. However they raised the price of this product by %20. It is now an okay deal for what it is.

I will come of out of the gate and say if you are freaked out by teeth or stuff done to your teeth, this may be a bit of a spooky process for you. I've gotten imprints of my teeth taken by an orthodontist before so I knew what to expect (it's literally the same puddy) but for those of you who have not, it feels uncomfortable to remove the impression. It doesn't hurt. It just feels... wrong? Like it should hurt? But it doesn't. You're basically breaking a really tight seal so it feels strange. If you're squeamish, you may want to get this done by a professional.THAT BEING SAID, this kit is so cool! Like I said, it's literally the same puddy they use in a professional office. I like that they send you an extra set of puddy just in case but I didn't need it. So I got to send the puddy back! Happy to not waste. They're instructions seemed really clear. I think I erred on the shorter side of their recommended set time because I actually wanted it to be just _slightly_ pliable to make the removal process a little easier. But the puddy should absolutely be firm. I basically removed it when I could poke the puddy that had spilled over the bite plate and it may leave a texture but not an impression.The impressions looked really good (and interesting) so I was fairly confident the trays would come out good. The trays arrived within the advertised timeframe and they fit PERFECTLY. I, again, get that "breaking the seal" kind of feeling when I take them on and off.The only thing I'm not happy with is that I kind of wish I got a 2nd set as a sleeping bite guard!!! The thickness of these trays are so thin I can actually close my mouth and talk fairly normally.I will note, I got two 22% concentration gel syringes. I for some reason thought I'd get one 15% and one 22% to test out what concentration works best for me. 22% is pretty strong and my teeth aren't super stained so I think I'll buy a separate 15% syringe; I hope this will make for a more comfortable experience, even if it takes longer.

This is a very good product. It fits perfectly and is good to use as whitening trays. I would definitely reccomend.

Very awesome experience!!Short version = whole process was easy and quick and I’m super happy with the customized teeth trays I got! :) bonus is the 2 tubes of whitening gel it comes with - I notice visibly whiter teeth only after only 1 use (40 min w 22% gel) and based on instructions regarding amount to use each time - you get about 12 uses/ whitening sessions from the 2 tubes. Highly recommend!Longer version = Had initially been just browsing whitening gels that were getting really good reviews but then realized that all the people with great pictures of super white teeth noted they were using the gel with custom whitening trays they had gotten from their dentist. So I was researching teeth trays (even just hoping to get some one-size-fits all tray) but closest I could find on Amazon was mostly night guards which all seemed pretty big and rigid and not ideal for whitening. So glad I came across this one!! Very reasonably priced (vs dentist which I’m assuming costs hundreds) and great reviews which I concur with! You do teeth impressions which is easy (they give you detailed instructions with a picture guide and everything, only takes a few minutes, & they even give you a spare set of the “putty” to make another impression if you mess one up and want to redo it (prob usually not necessary (I didn’t need it) but nice assurance to have). Then you mail the impressions back to them (this order comes with prepaid return packaging and a form you fill out noting your return address) and then just drop it in the mail! Instructions noted that after they received the impressions - they’d return the custom teeth trays in 7-14 days and that was accurate! (Actually received mine in more like 5-6 business days!). Very happy with my custom teeth trays that fit perfectly and that are perfect for whitening - highly recommend!
