This is a great little massage tool, it helps me with my fibromyalgia pain on the go. I like to use it in a sauna or steam room, reminds me of traditional russian bathhouse massage with a besom.

Great reach, works very well and to be honest I used them a lot to massage my own back.

These are very hard, and are too painful for therapeutic massage. The bumps on one side are OK, but the tiny pegs on the other are painful on the skin.I actually hoped to use these for cat spanking (yes, cat spanking is a real thing - they love it!), but these are too hard for that.

Received today and started to use it immediately. I use it as a traditional Chinese medicine way to improve body blood circulations etc. Happy with the product.
