Average PC gamer, I am impressed....
I decided to buy this prebuilt over a year ago due to my lack of confidence in building one myself. I play a variety of pc games and this bad boy gobbled down every one I threw at it. To name a few games I tried, Forza Horizon, Gta 5, Cities Skylines 1 and 2 - all performed very well. I had minimal graphics issues and the ones I did run into were likely due to actual bugs in game or my own ignorance involving settings, missing updates, etc.I have experienced a few problems with certain games crashing from time to time. Not to mention having to troubleshoot the awful "blue screen of death" as well... I'm not too sure what caused that or how I fixed it, but it eventually went away.Overall I enjoy this PC, it looks awesome, still runs smooth as the day I got it and I haven't had any major issues (knock on wood). I would recommend to any average or beginner pc gamer who wants little limitations.

Works Great Out Of The Boxes. (It came double boxed)
I ordered the CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme VR Gaming PC, Intel Core i9-12900KF 3.2GHz, GeForce RTX 3070 8GB, 16GB DDR4, 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD, WiFi & Win 11 Home (GXiVR8080A28), Black. It worked fine out of the box other then the top fan not running. After looking into it further I found a fan bolt had fallen into the fan stopping it from running. Once I removed it the fan worked fine.I also upgraded the RAM to 64 gigs with Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR 4 3200.I went with this model as stream interactive training classes and have a bunch of apps open at one time and the i9 12900KF handles this without a sweat. Previously on my older machine OBS studio would show 10-15% utilization and now it's 1%. I do some 1080p video editing and the EVGA 3070 FTW3 it came with handles what I need with no issues. The build quality is fine, I did end up rerouting the watercooler power cable to meet my esthetics but this is relative to each user on how they like the cable management. For the price in the current market I couldn't build one cheaper and it saved me the time and hassle of ordering and waiting for parts.I'm happy overall with this PC and I'd order again without question. I couldn't rate tech support as I've not needed it.

Avoid CyberPowerPC at all costs. Thousands of dollars wasted.
I never write Amazon reviews no matter how much I dislike a product, but this is the first time I’ve been so enraged that I have to share my experience.I was sent a defective PC. At rest, it hit temperatures of 90C only after starting up. So I shell out $100 to replace the cooler. I was unhappy with the cost, but willing to pay it to avoid further time loss and confrontation. But it immediately became apparent that the graphics card in the system (an RTX 3070) was defective. Graphical artifacts everywhere, the PC randomly shut off, all the symptoms were there. I brought the PC to a reputable tech store nearby and they ran several tests to confirm the problem. So I finally contacted CyberPowerPC, as RTX 3070s are expensive and hard to come by. I included the full diagnosis of the problem, and they issued an RMA.Of course, I had to pay to send the graphics card back. A hefty $40 to UPS, but I figured the cost was worth not purchasing a new graphics card myself. The graphics card reaches their facility in 2 days, but of course it takes them 10 business days to even ship a new card to me. So after 10 days, I receive the tracking number, and after around 5 more days, I have the “replacement” card in my hands. I bring it to the store.Turns out the “replacement” card has the EXACT problem as the original defective card. In fact, it’s almost uncanny how similar the problem is. I suspect that I paid $50 and waited almost a month only for CyberPowerPC to ship the exact card back to me.Frustrated at this point, I email CyberPowerPC again explaining the situation. They try to offer another RMA. A second chance is a lot to ask for at this point, so instead, I request a refund for the cost of the graphics card. Of course, at this point, they stop replying.I am down thousands of dollars and months of time for a PC I was able to use for about 2 days. Do NOT purchase from CyberPowerPC — if something goes wrong with your hardware, then you’re on your own. Buy from a more reputable seller. I am beyond frustrated, and I wish I would have taken previous negative reviews to heart.

Great Computer, Fast newest processors and graphics.
I wanted to replace an older computer that would not run Windows 11 not meeting requirements. I ordered this computer it arrived fast was well packaged with a foam insert to keep all parts in place. Easy to setup and was off to the races. It is fast with the SSD drive and memory. I did add more memory 2-8mb sticks identical to original installed memory for a total of 32mb. Machine is fast and nice looking. I would recommend to anyone wanting a new fast computer.
