The first one we had the locking pin broke after a month and Strikeforce was fast and easy to work with. They had sent a replacement since it was just over the desertcart warranty. The second one works well. She is 5' 2" tall so she is kind of small. Fit and comfort was good, It does help in supporting her wrist. She tried adjusting the different angles on both forward tilt and pitch, she settled on first tilt forward and no pitch for her comfort. The weight is good. Easy to put on and take off once she got the hang of it. She said it prevents her hand from coming around the ball which is good. Since she uses it, it is a good buy.
