Cuisinart Tri-Ply Cooper Cookware 10 Piece Set

I have an old Cuisinart copper/ stainless set that I probably bought 25 years ago. Still works great. I'm lazy so I don't polish it up every day. Copper tarnishes. It will not stay gorgeous unless you slave over it constantly.Copper is also very reactive so it's perfect for cooking.I also have copper/tin pots and pans which cook a little differently. Eventually the tin wears out and needs to be replaced, which is almost as expensive as buying new. At this point in my life, I feel the stainless interior is much more practical.I bought this set for my daughter's first apartment. She hasn't had a chance to use it yet but I hope she will enjoy it. It's not exactly the same size and shapes of my original set, which is a little disappointing, but the set looks absolutely beautiful.

I bought these for my daughter as a housewarming gift. She and I have been wanting these for her for quite a while. They were discounted so I couldn't resist. I'm so glad I decided to buy them. They are really gorgeous. I have a set of Cuisinart pots and pans already. If I didn't I would have bought a second set of these for myself! The workmanship is top notch, the metal is thick, with a beautiful copper coating on the pots (the lids are polished stainless steel). I highly recommend this set if you like quality cooking tools that are also beautiful.

My husband and I both do a lot of cooking . We have tried a variety of expensive cookware and are a bit abusive to cookware. We love this cookware, nice even heat and clean up easy. Love them and feel they will last a long time. Liked them so well just bought a deep sauce pot, same brand just not copper.

Haven’t cooked with them yet, but look great, good price for the look( maybe a thin coat of copper or copper colored stainless on the outside).

I love the products from Cuisinart, and this set of copper and stainless steel pans is no exception.These work beautifully, heating up very quickly, and then this versing the heat fell quickly after removing the pans from the heat sourceThe only reason I give this four stars rather than five is that honestly it is a very, very thin layer of copper. But I’m very happy and that thin layer does the job very well.This was on sale for about $150 and you simply cannot find this sort of cookware at that fractional cost. Thank you, cuisinart!

Heats evenly and quicky, built like tanks, and have a solid professional feel to them. Every negative review of this product seems to not understand that copper tarnishes and requires polishing and basic care. If you are the kind of person who thinks seasoning a cast iron pan is an unreasonable amount of care to put into a product than this cookware set is not for you. the copper browns and loses its lustre quickly and must be cleaned with a copper polishing cream to keep that brand new shine

These cook better than every pan I've tried. They are durable. The copper stays on. Shine with lemons & salt
