I am a huge fan of the brand.

This product works...I was not taking any multivitamins and with 2.5 hours of weights and cardio 5 days a week my MD found that my urine test was showing I was significantly depleted of essential vitamins and minerals. Started taking Vita JYM and my levels went back up and my energy and recovery was better urine went from clear to neon yellow definitely recommend taking one tab when you wake up and one at lunch. Lobe the fact that they left zinc and calcium out do to absorption conflicts with other minerals..just take ZMA at night. Great by for the money!!!

I can’t believe the difference these make in my everyday life. It gives me energy, I feel sharper and just feel in a better mood. I was a skeptic in believing a multi could do so much but these proved otherwise. I’ll definitely be repurchasing them! Give them a try you won’t be sorry

Have used a handful of other vitamins over the year. These are the best i have used. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Noticed a difference in my daily overall being in just a few days. Great for active adults.

While I trust Dr. Stoppani (the main reason I use these) these things make my urine look like nuclear waste. I drink over a gallon of water a day, 200lbs, eat them with food.. and my urine still has an intense smell and color that I have never experienced in my 40 years on this earth.I'm gonna continue taking them, but perhaps its tooooo much B12 for me.

One of the best multivitamins out there. Has all the required elements without all the extras you find in other multis. We've tried others including the GNC Mega 50+ other targeted vitamins. Like Jym the best. If these don't work for you also consider Orange Triad (that's my 2nd choice).

This has changed my life and is I have tried hundreds of multivitamins and I’m 30 and still have an eight pack so I promise it is the real deal this stuff works.
