I feel so stupid for not knowing about these needle threaders before. I've spent more time trying to thread a needle with my old eyes, than it took to make the sewing repair I was attempting. I know nothing about sewing, so I thought this had to be a gimmick. I was thinking, ok, this has got to be one of those, "as seen on TV" type things, and the fact that they send more than one, MUST mean they are going to break. Unbelievable that they work. At this point I don't care. At this price, they are almost disposable. They work, plain and simple. Threaded my first needle in under 10 seconds which usually took 3-5 minutes. Threading a needle for me used to be like trying to play pool with a rope (old George Burns joke). As my eyes get worse, this becomes an even better purchase.

I liked the sewing tools

But they were cheap. The trapezoidal loop for needle threading needs to be very thin to work well. They are (thin), and they do work. This also means they're probably easy to damage. That's fine, that's why you get a few.

I am so pleased with this purchase. Every item is well made, attractive, and functional. It's so inexpensive, I was pleasantly surprised.

If you are looking for a needle threader… this is not it.I gave it 3 stars because I liked how it came with a case and the see seam ripper works great.Honestly the needle threaders suck… When I opened the kit one needle threader was damaged and unusable. I’ve only had this kit for 2 hours and already 2 needle threaders have broken apart while using them. There’s a 50/50 chance the last 2 needle threaders will rip my string.If you are looking for a needle threader I would suggest getting some of better quality. If you are looking for a seem ripper, these will work well for you.

There were no instructions for use. I realize i can come back to amazon to look at how they use it but that is quite inconvenient. The needle threaders with the thin wires were all bent. While this is most likely because the wires are so thin, and i can bend them back, it is still poor packaging since bending thin wires too much can break them.That being said, i do like the extra thread cutter on the back of each threader. I find that will be useful.
