36pc 1/8" 3MM Letter & Number Stamp Punch Set Hardened Steel, Metal Wood Leather

This is a review of the 1/8" stamp set. These stamps appear well made and are marked for easy use. To call them 3mm or 1/8" is not what I measured. 3 mm is 0.118" and 1/8" is 0.125" but these run bigger and measured 0.135 "to 0.150" Maybe they should be labeled 3.5mm. Just be aware they run big.

These metal stencils are hardened and do a great job on carbon steel

these are the best stamps i have used in quite a while and they are also a great price. stamps are labeled, hardened and tempered striking ends. the number set isn't tempered on the striking face for some reason though. the letters are very clear and have draft on the letters so the harder you hit the bigger the letter is until it hits the back face. this are a pleasure to work with. my one wish that these had is a box with separate parts for each stamp. i don't like the wooden ones with circular holes drill in it and makes it to big but a plastic one with little square dividers inside. maybe it would make it 1/8 bigger.
