Cool, hot, it woks well

It retains temperature longer than any other brands
I like its capacity of retaining drinkable temperature for far longer that many flasks I have tried over the years. It is costlier than the others but worth the money. One thing I do not like about it is its constricted opening. Even a teabag once gets inside, it is hard to take it out. We could not even take out the very small 2-page instruction manual after we opened the box. Only after soaking it with hot water were we able to free it out but not in one piece.I still give it a 5-star rating because of its unparalleled capacity of retaining the heat as well as the flavor of my Darjeeling tea.
