Pricewise, these look a little expensive until you consider these are for a two-month supply. They also come in a bigger than usual plastic bottle to accommodate the 120 tablets that are inside, but they could have shrunk the bottle size as it’s only half full. These tablets contain the usual multi-vitamins that you usually find but they also have nootropics and gut friendly spores. This all sounds fancy but to most people, they won’t know what it means.• Nootropics is a substance believed to enhance mental function such as memory, creativity, motivation, and attention• Gut friendly spores are bacteria, but good bacteria, that we need to keep a healthy digestive system and develop and maintain our immune system. Our bodies are full of bacteria and the good ones play an active part in keeping our bodies fit and healthy. The tablets are a little on the large side but are ok to swallow without any problems. I’m yet to feel any different effects than what I had on my standard vitamins and may just be a sign that they are doing their thing in the background which I’m happy with. The price averages to what you may normally pay for 30 days. The key strength with PhD's offering is the added nootropics and gay-friendly spores. Put simply, alongside the normal multivitamins you also get vital gut supplements for better-rounded nutrition. These tablets are on the larger side which may be a problem for some but were still easy for me to swallow. One serving of this means taking tablets- an odd difference from other tablets. I found myself taking this at the start of my meal and just before finishing to ensure maximum absorption.I am relieved to say I have felt good taking these, not feeling queasy or sickly. Some of the multivitamins I took previously gave me a few common side effects such as feeling bloated or stuffy nosed. Since I began taking this, I have not encountered any of these odd side effects. I know some people are keen to know if it's make a difference but such a question taps into one of medicine's large conflicted answer. As a GP advised me, these will always be just supplements, it's up to preference whether you take these or not. The tablets are quite big so I would suggest taking one at a time, I tried to swallow both at the same time but they didn't go down too well!They have gut friendly sported and added nootropics and I definitely feel that these have helped keep me motivated and focused and also keep any bloating to a minimum.For just over £15 I will be purchasing again. They're torpedo-shaped tablets for a change and not capsules and they're quite easy to swallow, although they're a bit dry and need to be taken with food or a drink. They don't have a strong flavour but you'll want to swallow them quickly. There's a decent range of vitamin and minerals in here and they're somewhat formulated to supply those that men need in higher quantity. There's also a couple of other elements, including Ashwagandha which supposedly helps maintain male Testosterone levels, but the levels are quite low and it seems a bit of a token ingredient.More significant might be the handful of digestive enzymes and nutrients which might help absorb this supplement better but will also help your general digestion, which is no bad thing. As a daily insurance policy to make sure you're getting a base level of all the important vitamins and minerals they're fine, but I doubt the extra ingredients are here in significant enough quantity to make a major difference.
