I ordered these items and only came with one remote instead of two like the add states. How can I get my second remote before I program them?

They have a number you can call. I had no problems with their customer service. Though I could not use the remote since it would not work to start my vehicle. I took it to a place who install starters and alarms and they could not get it to program either.
