PregEgg Personal 9-Month Countdown

I got this for my granddaughter who has been an only child for 11 years and has mixed feelings about having a new baby. She read the directions and I helped her set it up over the phone. She made a little nest for it and she checks on it every morning. I believe it's helped to get her more excited about the new baby.

We got this for our son to countdown till his little sister comes. He comes out everyday saying how many days till sissy gets here. It’s so cute worth every penny.

This was how I made my pregnancy reveal to my niece and nephew. They had a looong wait watching this count down, but I think it kept them engaged. My sister texted me updates about the number count down occasionally, too, which was sweet.

I purchased this egg back in February, and the countdown is still going (June). Once the countdown finishes, I'll update this review. So far, it's been counting down on time every day with no accidental pop-ups!

I bought 4 of these for 3 people expecting. Yup, twins on the way for one couple. They all loved the egg!! Two of the expecting couples are first timers, so were really excited. The couple expecting twins already have a daughter and she thinks these eggs are just the coolest things. Every day she checks them out and that is helping her to be part of all the new excitement in the family.

Great gift idea for COVID-19. My friend hasn't been able to spend time with her fmaily due tkt he pandemic so I gave her this. And it has brought the family together

Giving a star for concept otherwise I'd give it a one-star. I wanted to love this but the opening mechanism is flawed and doesn't open when the timer goes off. Also doesn't accurately keep the time. Set the time day one and the next day it had lost 4 days of counting. If you get one make sure the counter works and make sure it actually opens by testing it. Otherwise you just bought junk. Found a free phone app that actually keeps time down to the second. It doesn't have a chicken hatching from an egg but hey, neither does this.

This doesnt make sounds except when the egg I hatching! You have to be careful with it the battery falls out pretty easy
