Inspired Designs Magnetic Ferrofluid Lava Lamp 'The Inspiration', 450 mL

First off I was pleased to receive the display within a couple days of my placing my order. It was shipped with ample packing material to keep the display from being damaged by the gorillas that work at most parcels services. The display itself is mesmerizing. You can loose track of time just playing with it . In fact the only negative thing I can say about it is that I can't stop playing with it. So if you are pondering on purchasing one and don't mind loosing hours every time you pick up the magnets. Buy it now! You won't regret it!

Lamp Was Great at first, but after a month the fluid became rust-colored, and the fluid solidified. Now the fluid is no longer able to be moved with the magnet and is basically worthless.I do not recommend this lamp

Ok quality. Light burned out after about a month

I absolutely love this lamp. I had fun experimenting with Ferrofluid at the Chabot Space and Science Center, and I thought it would be a great thing to have at home. Shortly after, I found this lamp offered by Inspired Designs - Classic design and mesmerizing. It makes quite a pair with my ORIGINAL Lava Lamp (1960's model). Only negative is that once you "become one" with the ferrofluid you're hooked. Two thumbs up for this Lamp.

My son loves it. It’s a very cool take on the old lava lamp. The magnets are fun to play with.

The glass is quite scratched up. And the water is cloudy. Not the quality I’d expect for the price.

BF mentioned he wanted a lava lamp. I found this and thought it was rather interesting. I purchased it for his birthday and he seemed rather pleased.

Very cool lamp! Great conversation piece. People play with it for hours on end. Size is better (larger) compared to other like items. This is about the same size as a normal lava lamp.
