Poor after sales support
Bought this item in March and attached the bell push to the door frame (using the supplied adhesive pads) it is located under a covered porch so does not get any rain on it.A couple of days ago, the bell push fell off the adhesive pad & broke.Amazon will not help and direct me to Byron, Byron will not help and direct me to Amazon!!!!

Didn't work for long
This worked OK for about 4 weeks. Then the door alrm started sounding for about three or four mins and couldn't be turned off or down.

Didn’t ever really work. Asked the seller for a return. Got ignored eventually.
