It works so well and I drink everyday mixing it in my coffee and excited to see results after using consistently for 3 to 4 months. Great thing is that it can be mixed in any hot or cold liquid. Must try product and highly recommended

I mixed the collagen powder into a cup of tea every morning, and did this for about a month. I hoped to get healthier skin, hair and nails, as is listed on the label, but instead I had cystic acne on my face and my fingernails were very brittle!My skin is usually quite clear except for a few hormonal pimples once each month, so the cystic acne was a huge surprise. At first I had no idea where it was coming from, but then I googled 'collagen powder and acne' and it seems other people have had the same thing happen? So I stopped taking the collagen powder immediately and with TWO DAYS my skin began to clear up. I've never had acne in my life, and I can't think of anything else to attribute it to.These pimples were very painful and sat underneath the skin (so they wouldn't burst). Now that I've stopped taking the collagen powder, my skin is so much clearer.My fingernails became very brittle within the same month as the cystic acne appeared, but they're taking longer to recover.I would not recommend this product and will think twice about taking a collagen supplement in future.

No taste, can chuck into anything! Really good.
