Most clips I have purchased for my granddaughters do not stay in. These were surprisingly of good quality and they stay in. My 4 year old granddaughter has no trouble using them. They don't arrive packaged as pictured but that really doesn't matter. Well worth the price I paid for them.

Good barrettes for young girls. The fabric wrap in the top helps reduce catching hair and also makes them softer/less pointy. Wish the bottom part of barrette was little softer too to prevent pulling hair but still happy with them.

These really do grip the hair. Put them in my hair then took a nap ... clips were in the same place, not disturbed or loosened when I woke up after 2 hours of sleep. Further tested by wearing overnight while I slept ... same result. I'm a fan! The color assortment is great. I have very silky fine hair, but a lot of it ... even elastic bands slip. I'm amazed by this product. Do not hesitate to try them if you have been frustrated with other products. I ordered 2 different kinds of barrettes. One name brand advertised as "best grip, no slip" and this package of assorted colored barrettes that had good reviews of their gripping abilities. The barrettes that were a name brand and advertised as "best grip, no slip" fell out immediately. By far, these are everything I had hoped for.

My daughter and I love these clips! They are wrapped with ribbon so they don't get caught in her hair and pull stands out when we remove her clips. I did have one clip come in the pack that didn't work, but all other clips are holding up great. I was worried that the ribbon would come off but that isn't a problem at all. The colors are great too. I'll be ordering another pack to keep at her Grammie's house.

I really like these! I bought them for my 2 y/o and I kept the darker colors. Basically we can both wear them which says a lot about the quality. Good for shorter and longer hair; good for thinner and thicker hair. What I mostly like about them is that they do not pull your hair, or your child’s, when you take them off. The band that “decorates” them actually serves to cover the part that normally pulls your hair. I’m not expecting them to last forever and so far so good.
